Mrs Brotherhood is an experienced class teacher and SENDCO. She can be contacted in school via the office. All staff receive training to share knowledge, strategies and experience, and ensure consistency of the school's approach for children with SEND. Teachers and support staff attend training courses run by outside agencies that are relevant to the needs of specific children in their class e.g. from Integrated Disability Service (IDS), or medical /health training to support staff in implementing care plans, as is required to meet physical needs.
