Hi everyone!
We’ve noticed lots of you bringing healthy snacks at break time – like fruit, veggie sticks, and yogurt. Great job!

Remember:
Healthy snacks give your brain the energy it needs to learn and concentrate.
Sugary snacks can make you feel tired and less focused.

So, let’s keep choosing snacks that help us feel strong, think clearly, and do our best in class!
