Local Area Study Week
During the first week of the Autumn term, Chetwynd had a whole school Local Area Study Week. Each year group learnt about Nuneaton and our surrounding areas. Learning was cross-curricular including geography, history, literacy, art, maths and more!
Children gained knowledge which helped them better understand where they come from and gave them a real sense of pride in their community. There are some examples of work from that week below.
